Frequently asked questions
Is the planner result a certified lighting design?
No — it uses industry rules of thumb (lumens per sq ft, spacing ratios) to give a very good starting point. For complex architectural projects, consult a certified lighting designer.
Can I return a product if it doesn't look right?
Yes. Unused items in original packaging can be returned within 15 days. Shipping is on us for orders above ₹5,000.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet — domestic shipping only in v1. We're working on international delivery for Phase 2.
Are your LED lights dimmable?
Most of our range is dimmable — each product page states compatibility. You'll need a trailing-edge (LED-compatible) dimmer switch.
How accurate are the 3D room previews?
The proportions are to scale and the brightness is calibrated so 100 % recommended lumens looks "well lit". Colours and finishes are approximations — real metal finishes may vary slightly.
